 Product Description

The “Li’l Dynamite” polymer machine is a compact, effective and reliable system to feed solution and oil based emulsion polymers.

“Li’l Dynamite” was originally developed for the mobile environmental remediation industry. In that environment, polymer feeders must be easy to move, set up, durable and highly reliable.

Emulsion polymers are typically diluted from 200:1 (0.5%) to 500:1 (0.2%). Concentrations greater than 1% (100:1) or less than .1% (1000:1) are not recommended. Emulsion polymers are ‘activated’ (inverted) to develop full molecular weight and charge density through the PSBP injection nozzle – expansion system.

Features:

  • Burkert heavy duty “dirty water” solenoid valve – eliminates stem fouling due to mineral deposits – thus coil burnouts are a thing of the past.
  • Patented polymer injection nozzle – enhances rapid molecular expansion constructed with Hastalloy-C return spring.
  • Ko-Flo in-line static mixer – for additional mixing energy prior to application.
  • Metering pump head springs are stainless steel Teflon coated – minimizing stress corrosion breakage/failure. High viscosity head used.
  • King flow meter – won’t hang up or stick in spite of poor water quality. Easy to clean.
  • Stainless steel frame – adds long term durability and appearance.
